Effective date: September 25, 2026. These Terms govern use of Simexx Inc. websites, client portal, intake forms, mailbox and document tools, and services you request from Simexx Inc. (“Simexx,” “we,” “us”).
Simexx may provide business-support, administrative, document retrieval and delivery, apostille or legalization coordination, translation coordination, mail and virtual-mailbox, forwarding, property-management administration, tenant and vendor coordination, inspection coordination, logistics, concierge, and related operational services. Your order, invoice, service agreement, or written confirmation states the applicable scope, fees, timing, third-party charges, and service-specific rules.
Simexx is not a law firm, government authority, licensed real-estate broker, property owner, insurer, financial institution, postal operator, or emergency-response provider unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, investment, or insurance advice. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of your information and instructions.
You must provide accurate identity, contact, ownership, occupancy, payment, delivery, and service information; protect portal access; promptly provide required documents and instructions; and ensure your requested use is lawful. You may not use our services to conceal identity, evade sanctions, commit fraud, receive prohibited items, interfere with property rights, or violate applicable law, carrier rules, mailbox rules, lease terms, or third-party requirements.
For property-management services, Simexx acts only within the authority you provide and does not guarantee tenant conduct, property condition, rent collection, vendor performance, inspection outcomes, market results, or regulatory approvals. For mail or virtual-mailbox services, you authorize us to receive, scan where permitted, notify, store temporarily, forward, return, or dispose of mail as instructed and as allowed by law and service rules. You remain responsible for forwarding, carrier, storage, customs, tax, and third-party charges unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Fees are due as stated in the applicable invoice or agreement. Agencies, carriers, translators, property vendors, payment processors, landlords, and other third parties operate independently; their fees, decisions, delays, and terms are outside Simexx’s control. We may delay, suspend, or decline service where instructions are incomplete, payment is overdue, safety or compliance concerns exist, or a third party or law requires it.
We retain client account, service, payment, communication, and supporting records only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, fraud-prevention, and security obligations, or protect our rights. As a general practice, business and transaction records may be retained for up to seven years after a matter, account, or service relationship ends. Original documents, mail images, and uploaded files may be retained for a shorter operational period or longer where required by law, a contract, a dispute, a legal hold, or your written instructions. Retention does not guarantee permanent storage or retrieval. Keep your own copies of important records.
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Simexx does not guarantee any result, processing time, delivery date, approval, availability, or third-party outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simexx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Simexx’s total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid Simexx for that specific service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms when services, laws, or operational practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. For questions, contact Simexx Inc. using the contact information published on our website or in your service agreement.
