Service fees cover Simexx Inc.’s professional assistance and coordination unless otherwise stated. Government fees, application fees, courier charges, travel expenses, accommodation, legal fees, vendor costs, repairs, supplies, and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly specified.
Final pricing may be adjusted after review if a request requires custom handling, urgent processing, extensive travel, multiple visits, or services outside the selected package.
Turnaround times are estimates and begin after all required information, documents, authorizations, and payments have been received. Government and third-party processing times are outside the control of Simexx Inc.
